Meeting Rooms and Resources
This meeting room is has a frosted glass (and dry erase) conference table to comfortably seat 6 people. It is equipped with a smart TV and features a library of colorful books, making it a nice background for video calls, and FB Live videos....etc.
This is our quietest room for sound as well (because it use to be a vault).
There is a step up to enter the room.
This bright and light private conference room features an oval table that seats up to 10 people. Amenities include a 43" flat screen smart TV and a video conferencing device is available upon request. Use this room for your board meetings, presentations...etc..
Large rolling dry erase board is available.

It seats 6 people at a rectangular conference table, and has 2 cozy club chairs and a smart TV.
It's located on the 2nd level of coworkHERS and our only room that is not ADA accessible, but it does have the most privacy since it's away from the rest of the space.
This collaboration lounge is great for small casual meetings, coaching and mentoring, therapy, writing, lounging or just chilling out.
We have equipped it with a 43" flat screen TV.
There are 2 comfortable couches, a low bistro table and chairs, and several lighting options.
The Apiary is our largest event space and offers the most flexibility to host your event, seminar, workshop or class.
In addition to a lounge area, we have (10) 6' long adjustable height, rolling tables seating a total of 20 people classroom style or a maximum of 30 people for workshops.
We can host your lecture or presentation with comfortably seating 35 people, and max out at up to 50 people. If you want standing room only, we suggest no more than 80.
We have a large white wall for projecting your presentation, film, or your own custom background. We also have a large rolling dry erase board, bluetooth speaker and microphone with recording capabilities. We have 2 projectors to choose from as an add-on rental for $10.
The Apiary also has it's own separate entrance on Congress Street so your guests can enter without disruption to the rest of the space.
We offer catering options as well for breakfast, lunch...or both.
