Catherine is principal of Callahan + LeBleu Landscape Architects.
As a landscape architect and practicing painter, Catherine finds and joy and inspiration in the interplay between fine arts and design. Her practice includes residential and commercial design with a focus on inventive, imaginative and eco-friendly solutions.
She has been a visiting critic at Cornell University and is the recipient of a 2005 grant from the Cornell Council on the Arts for her public art work, “Yellow Raincoats”. Her work has been published in Rediscovering the Concrete Atlantis (University of Buffalo Press), Landscape Architecture Journal (India) and the Journal of Green Building. Catherine holds a Masters of Landscape Architecture from Cornell University and a BA and MEd from McGill University.
